Our Market Center board, the “ALC”, is comprised of the top 20% of the KW agent body in our Market Center. The purpose of the ALC is to guarantee our associates a vehicle for giving direct input as to the operation of KW.
Each ALC member oversees one of our leadership committees, which are open to all KW agents/associates.
Andrea has lived in the Willamette Valley since 1998. She is involved in various Mid-Valley organizations: Albany Area Chamber of Commerce member since 2011, a former member of the Albany Area Toastmaster Club (a public speaking organization). She is also involved in many volunteer opportunities. She serves on our local KW office ALC (Agent Leadership Council) and has held various Chair positions for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Heart of the Valley Chapter. She volunteers at Santiam Christian School events, contributes to Furniture Share to provide beds for kids, and works hard every year on DHS projects to bring much-needed joy to foster kids at Christmas time. Andrea is a high-energy individual who looks out for her client’s best interests at all times!
Brandon Hanson is a Licensed Principal Broker in the state of Oregon. Growing up in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley, Brandon developed a passion for fitness and the great outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his two sons, Cooper and Lane, and his wife Jetta. During his free time he trains and competes at regional Spartan Races. Brandon is most passionate about running, skiing, hiking, camping, and any other activity that allows him and his family to get outside and enjoy the outdoors.
Brandon completed his Bachelors of Science in Finance and International Business from Oregon State University in 2008 with a minor focus in Economics. After completing his degree, Brandon had a strong drive to start his career in real estate; however, with uncertainty in the market, he decided to put his degree to work and landed with Wells Fargo Financial. While at Wells Fargo Financial he specialized in debt consolidation using first and second home mortgages, auto loans, and credit cards as the channels to do so. After one year into his career with Wells Fargo Financial, a procurement positioned opened with his family’s business, Chalet RV, Inc.. Brandon changed paths and pursued a career in procurement for Chalet RV, where he managed 150 vendors, a $400,000 inventory, and 1,800+ SKU’s. While at Chalet RV, Inc. Brandon developed valuable skills such as negotiation, relationship management, finance, budgeting, and time management that have been instrumental in his success in real estate.
After a 3 year career in procurement and selling the family business, Brandon decided it was time to rekindle his passion for real estate. In June 2013, Brandon set out to interview many competing agencies in the Albany/Corvallis area and, after thorough due diligence, decided to partner with Keller Williams Realty Mid-Willamette. Since 2013, Brandon has grown a top talented real estate team, Hanson Property Group, which has grown 160% year over year. Brandon serves on the Associate Leadership Council, served 2 years on the Willamette Association of Realtors Board of Directors, has attended and instructed many skills training events, coached new agents into production, has been enrolled in MAPS Mastery Coaching for 4+years, and continues to invest time and energy to coaching, training, and running his real estate business. He also has passion and experience in real estate investment through land development, and property rehabilitation.
Kim Archuleta is a Realtor serving the Mid Willamette area. Growing up here and raising her 3 children, with her husband, has been a wonderful opportunity to connect with many people. She is passionate about helping others. She has been on the Associate Leadership Council for a number of years and was “Rookie of the Year” her first year in Real Estate. She has coached softball over the last 10+ years and uses that platform to mentor young girls in being confident and BOLD, teaching them that they are beautiful young beings capable of achieving any goal they set. She loves being a Realtor and being part of the KW family.

Randy was born and raised in Lebanon, Oregon. A twelve year Combat Veteran of the United States Air Force serving as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Craftsman, Operator, and Airborne Team Leader with multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. After having been honorably discharged from service he received his Bachelors degree in 2012 from Liberty University with the Post 9/11 GI Bill. In 2013 Randy decided to pursue his career in real estate and joined Keller Williams Realty that same year. He works with Sellers and Buyers in Benton & Linn County with a focus on Veteran Services and Military/Professional Relocation, Luxury Homes and 2nd Home/Investment Properties. Working with other Veterans to help them use their VA Home loan benefits is a highlight of serving his community. He’s an active Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Greater Corvallis, Life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and active member of the American Legion Santiam Post #51. Proud supporter of South Willamette Valley Honor Flight which transports our Veteran heroes, living in Benton, Lane, Lincoln and Linn counties to Washington DC to experience their memorials and the gratitude of the American people.
Sherri Gregory has served Oregon’s Willamette Valley as a Realtor since 1996.
